Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer hassle-free returns that are requested within 30 days of your order being delivered. We are motivated to make it right and make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order!

All returned products must be in their original condition. Please email loveyourmentalllc@gmail.com to initiate the return process. To minimize the risk of returns, we recommend viewing our Sizing Chart before placing your order.

Please note that items during a "final sale" are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Do you except exchanges?

If the condition of your item does not satisfy your needs, please email loveyourmentalllc@gmail.com with your order confirmation. We will do our best to make sure you receive a high-quality product.

Please not that hand made items will have human imperfections. 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is purchasing the product or item before it is released. This guarantee's your order will be fulfilled and shipped the moment the item is released or back in stock. This does not mean the item is sold out, it is either about to release or we need to create more of the product!

My product is sold out and I need an exchange, What now?

We are happy to honor store credit if your item is no longer in production. Please email loveyourmentalllc@gmail.com to initiate the store credit process.

My package is lost/stolen, What can I do?

Love Your Mental LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or stolen packages. Once the order is scanned into the carriers system it is no longer Love Your Mental LLC responsibility. We highly  encourage you to discuss with your local post office.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we do! The cost of shipping will vary depending on your order weight and order destination. USPS states that First Class Mail International takes between 7-21 business days to arrive outside of the U.S. Please note that exact shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

A customs duty fee may be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.
